I found this cute, copper ring for £0.99. I don't usually go for hearts, but I love copper and saw some potential in this.
In fact, I like it so much, it's going to be hard to use it! It's a nice, chunky ring, and I already know what materials I'm going to use with it - how is the question.
Stay tuned for my 'in progress' post on this challenge. The final post will be the blog hop itself on Saturday, August the 4th.

ReplyDeleteAnd thankyou for blogging about my first blog hop :)
Thank you for hosting this, Sarah!
DeleteSOOO MUCH FUN! I can't wait to go thrifting to find something just right for this hop!
ReplyDeleteNeither could I, Keri! I love looking for unique things in secondhand shops.
DeleteThere's no .uk on the end of my link.. and yet it still works, so it's all good :) hehe I love the idea behind this challenge :) I'm extremely lucky in that I live near two thrift shops that almost always have something inspiring for less then $1.50 :) I've bought bags of old earrings, buttons, hair ties and barrettes, tiny little toys and game pieces... Of course, that's stuff I've found in the past... have to keep my fingers crossed that I find something inspiring the next time I'm in :)
ReplyDeleteMe too. I knew I'd find something interesting at my local shop. Hope you find something inspiring this time.
